Interior Designer – Intermediate

At Mancini , we’re looking for an Intermediate Interior Designer to join our collaborative, forward-thinking team. If you’re passionate about both the creative and technical sides of design, eager to work in a team environment, and ready to dive into diverse projects - this is your moment.
What We’re Looking For
A sharp, self-starting designer with around 5 years of experience and a background in commercial interiors. Fluency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite, and knowledge of Rhino, SketchUp, or Lumion. A problem solver who is organized, and owns your work from start to finish. Whether you come from a traditional or unconventional design path we are looking for people ready to collaborate, adapt, and create with purpose.
What You’ll Do
You’ll be hands-on from start to finish—developing concepts, refining details, and ensuring seamless execution. Your day-to-day includes:
- Creating detailed FF&E specs for bids and RFPs
- Managing site verifications and updating core plans in Revit
- Performing area calculations under leadership guidance
- Presenting ideas with clarity—through sketches, 3D models, and visuals
- Coordinating with consultants, vendors, and internal teams
- Supporting project goals with innovative design solutions
- Tracking project schedules across multiple assignments
- Assisting with code compliance (ADA, building code) alongside the Project Architect
- Reviewing submittals and RFIs during construction
