Shift times: 11pm-7am (8 hrs), 3pm-11pm (8 hrs), 7pm-7am (12 hrs). Avg. Daily Census: 180 Weekend Coverage: Every other week Previous Charge Experience: Required Years of Experience Required: 2 EPIC: Required Patient Diagnoses and Unit Responsibilities: This RN supervisor serves as a resource for problem solving, providing clinical expertise, facilitating staff mentoring and coaching, and facilitating patient flow during off shifts (typically evenings, nights, weekends and holidays) for the entire 180-bed facility, which consists of 5 units caring for residents with diagnoses of dementia, DM, CVA, cardiac, orthopedic TX, etc. Special Procedures / Unit Details Moore Place – neurobehavioral unit with residents diagnosed with dementia or Alzheimer’s with violent behaviors. Bilz unit – Rehab unit with residents s/p orthopedic surgery, cardiac procedures, etc. rehab to go home. Vantassel unit – secure dementia unit for residents at risk for elopement. Schulz unit – residents who are long term care. Wolf unit – residents who are long term care.
