Frank L. Horgan Insurance Agency Inc is an 81-year-old family-owned insurance agency located in Hyannis. With a small, close-knit team of five, we operate the old-fashioned way by putting relationships, service, and integrity first. Our agency has deep community roots, loyal clients, and a work environment our staff genuinely enjoys. We believe in teamwork, flexibility, and taking care of both our clients and each other. We are seeking an experienced Commercial Insurance Account Manager to manage and support our commercial lines clients. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys relationship-based service, values teamwork, and wants long-term stability with strong earning potential.
- First-year earnings of $60,000 to $80,000
- Hybrid-Remote

- Handle billing, renewals, and policy processing
- Round out and strengthen existing accounts
- Provide responsive, relationship-focused service
- Support team members as needed
- Prior commercial insurance experience

- Comfortable working directly with clients
