We are looking for experience managing in a kitchen, and a track record of being dependable and hard-working while bringing positive vibes. Responsibilities: Lead the kitchen in food preparation and production with attention to quality and presentation Ability to lead all positions proficiently, following all Tokyo Joe's standards and procedures Creates and follows through on the completion of food prep lists Full understanding and execution of government food safety requirements.
