Customer Service Representative – 1st Shift

Location: Webberville, MI
Pay: $20.00–$25.00/hour, based on experience
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Position Type: Full-Time

Integrity Trade Services is seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative for a manufacturing and distribution operation in Webberville, MI . This position combines customer service, order processing, administrative support, and dispatch/logistics coordination.

The Customer Service Representative will serve as an important communication link between customers, drivers, warehouse personnel, sales, logistics, billing, and plant operations . Customer Service Rep JD

The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, professional, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Provide professional and timely customer service via phone and email
• Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently
• Review open orders to ensure timely invoicing and reporting of loads
• Process daily orders and deliveries using company software
• Enter and review sales order invoicing and production information
• Work with plant management to assist with production scheduling
• Respond to customer questions regarding orders, product availability, deliveries, and other needs
• Resolve customer concerns, delivery issues, and complaints while following through to resolution
• Communicate with sales, logistics, billing, warehouse, and other internal departments
• Follow up with customers regarding order status and availability
• Dispatch shipments to drivers based on workload, routes, and delivery priorities
• Coordinate pickups, deliveries, and schedule changes with drivers and warehouse personnel
• Track shipment progress and provide updates as needed
• Assist with resolving delivery delays, route changes, and transportation issues
• Review driver paperwork and update spreadsheets
• Review shipping documentation for accuracy, including bills of lading and delivery receipts
• Coordinate with carriers, freight forwarders, and third-party logistics providers
• Assist with coordinating backhauls and inter-company pickups
• Maintain accurate records and documentation
• Cross-train in other office functions as needed

The original position places significant emphasis on both customer service and dispatch responsibilities, including order processing, invoicing, production coordination, shipment tracking, driver communication, and shipping documentation. Customer Service Rep JD

• 2+ years of customer service or general office experience preferred
• 2+ years of previous dispatch experience preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, schedules, and deadlines
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with Sage, ERP software, or similar systems preferred
• Comfortable communicating with customers, vendors, drivers, and internal employees
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Dependable, professional, and able to follow through on issues until resolved

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
• Ability to move throughout the office as needed
• Ability to occasionally lift or move office supplies or equipment up to 25 lbs.
• Ability to operate standard office equipment, including computers, phones, copiers, and printers
