HEAVY EQUIPMENT OPERATOR $28–$32/hr + WEEKLY PAY | YEAR-ROUND WORK | OVERTIME AVAILABLE

If you've got experience on dozers, excavators, graders, scrapers, or other heavy equipment , we've got work. Join a crew working on large commercial projects with 40–60 hours per week , steady work through the winter, and plenty of overtime.

• Run excavators, dozers, motor graders, tractor pans, scrapers, and track hoes
• Perform grading, excavation, trenching, and site prep work
• Build pads and perform fine grading
• Move material and support earthwork operations
• Complete daily equipment inspections
• Follow site plans and safety procedures

• 3+ years of heavy equipment operating experience
• Experience on excavators, dozers, and graders
• GPS and civil site experience preferred
• Valid driver's license ( CDL is a plus )
• Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions

• OSHA 10 (can be provided)
• Basic mechanical knowledge
• Experience running multiple types of equipment

• $28–$32/hr depending on experience

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Martell, NE.

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $32.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
