Position Overview
Let's Talk About It Speech Therapy, PLLC is seeking a dedicated and passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC-SLP) to join our team for the 2026–2027 school year in Katy, Texas . This is a school-based position supporting students in a collaborative and structured educational environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students
• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
• Participate in ARD/IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with district and state guidelines
• Communicate effectively with teachers, staff, and families

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active Texas SLP license
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
• School-based experience preferred
• Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills

Compensation: Starting at $60/hour (based on experience)
