Route Service Manager - UniFirst

Route Service Manager UniFirst is seeking a Route Service Manager to recruit and lead a team of Route Service Supervisors and Route Service Representatives who deliver services to multiple business customers daily, ranging from small family‑owned businesses to major corporate locations. The ideal candidate will drive customer satisfaction, account growth, and profitability for the location. What You’ll Be Doing Oversee recruiting, training, and development of Route Service Representatives and Supervisors. Build strong relationships with customers and elevate team’s level of achievement in customer satisfaction. Collaborate closely with location management to provide the best customer service and product programs. Negotiate customer contract renewals. Qualifications Business savvy and innovative in increasing profit and customer satisfaction. Results‑driven relationship manager who leads by example and supports the team. Experience in customer service and managing route service or similar teams. High School Diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred. Strong computer proficiency (MS Office). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Valid non‑commercial driver’s license in the state of residence. Physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds. Must meet pre‑employment DOT physical requirements. 21 years of age or older.
