Floral Silk Production Specialist

Walters Wedding Estates, in partnership with The Design Haus, is seeking detail-driven, dependable candidates to join our Silk Floral Production Team. This role is focused on the preparation, assembly, and execution of permanent floral designs for weddings and events.Our production team supports a high-volume environment, averaging 5–10+ weddings per weekend, with a strong emphasis on quality, consistency, and efficiency.Main ResponsibilitiesAssembly and production of silk (permanent) floral arrangements based on approved designsProcessing, organizing, and maintaining silk floral inventory and hard goodsPrepping materials, mechanics, and recipes for large-scale event productionAssisting with installations and on-site styling as neededCleaning, resetting, and maintaining production space and suppliesLoading, delivering, unloading, and post-event breakdown of floral inventoryJob Overview & RequirementsPay Range: $15–$18 per hourLocation: Hickory Creek, TXJob Type: Part-Time & Full-Time Opportunities AvailableSchedule:Must be available weekends and occasional eveningsFlexible scheduling based on event volumeExperience:Strong attention to detail and ability to replicate designs consistentlyBilingual is a plus, not requiredPhysical Requirements:Ability to lift 40+ lbs regularlyComfortable working on ladders and in a fast-paced production environmentOther Requirements:Valid driver’s license and reliable transportationStrong work ethic, punctuality, and accountability are non-negotiable #J-18808-Ljbffr Walters Hospitality
