Customer Service Agent Full Time Associate H+H CENTRAL SUPPORT, Omaha, NE, US 3 days ago Requisition ID: 1276 Pay - $15/hr Job Overview – How You’ll Contribute Come work for the #1 Customer Experience Team in the Omaha Metro Area with the H+H Group as a Customer Service Agent. Pay is $15 per hour. You will be working in a fun, positive environment while handling incoming phone calls, including setting reservations and general assistance, for our Service Department Customers! Complete incoming and outgoing phone calls to confirm Customer reservations and provide service reminders. Update Customer information in programs. Assist Customers with providing past service history reports. Growth opportunities available! Schedule Monday - Friday 7am-4pm, 8am-5pm, and 9am-6pm Rotating Saturdays (every 3rd) 7am-1pm. (If working a Saturday you will work an 8am-7pm shift one day during that week) Qualifications – What You Need to be Successful High school diploma or equivalent is required. Excellent communication and Customer Service skills. High energy partnered with a positive attitude. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively. Detail oriented. Desire to grow, learn, and advance within the company.
