CCTV Technician - PACP

We are currently seeking CCTV Technicians with robotic tap cutting experience and who may also have a valid CDL license and PACP certification to join our team in Memphis, TN . As a CCTV Technician in the cured‑in‑place pipe (CIPP) industry, you will be responsible for the operation and maintenance of remote cutting equipment, pre and post‑video inspection of pipelines, and supervision of confined space entry procedures. You’ll locate lateral connections within a pipeline and assess the operating conditions and reinstatement of laterals after pipe rehabilitation. This position must also perform all duties of the Installation Technician as needed. We are currently offering a limited‑time sign‑on bonus of $4,000 for new hires with a valid CDL license , and sign‑on bonuses for new hires without a current CDL license are also available at a reduced amount. New employees who meet the criteria outlined in our sign‑on bonus program will be eligible for the full payout. Starting pay is $22.00-$30.00 per hour dependent upon experience. Candidates with prior CIPP experience may be able to negotiate a higher starting rate. Why You’ll Love Working For Us Competitive salary Daily per diem while traveling 100% covered individual hotel room stays while traveling Full benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and prescription drug coverage 401k matching Tuition assistance Paid time off and overtime pay Company paid PPE, boots, and safety gear Career growth opportunities Work for a forward‑thinking and innovative company Ecological footprint – We are rehabbing the world’s infrastructure, one pipe at a time, with minimal disruption to people’s daily routines, with little waste What You’ll Do Operate remote closed‑circuit cameras to record the internal condition of sewer pipelines and determine if cleaning and/or repairs are required prior to rehabilitation Maintain a clean and organized working environment within the TV truck including fluid levels and service condition of tools and equipment Confined space entry utilizing Insituform’s safety procedures to install, cut and grout the ends of the liner Maintain, complete and control paperwork related to a project for presentation to the office, superintendent and/or client Maintain, adjust, troubleshoot, and perform authorized field repairs to cameras, robots, and ancillary equipment such as cables, connectors, and reels Work with supervisors, clients, peers, and homeowners Drive various vehicles (pickups to tractor‑trailer rigs) to haul crews and equipment Site preparation including attachment of boiler hose, prep of lay flat, laying out bypass hoses, and traffic control What We Need From You High School diploma or equivalent preferred Minimum of two years experience in trenchless installation, including robotic tap cutting preferred NASSCO PACP and MACP certifications preferred Valid driver’s license required with a clean motor vehicle report Must possess a Class A or B CDL and be aligned with Insituform’s motor vehicle standards (Hazmat endorsement is preferred but not required) Ability to lift/move up to 75 pounds and use pneumatic, battery‑powered, or electric tools Must be able to wear a respirator and body harness while entering confined spaces Comfortable working outside at job sites with moving vehicles and mechanical operations, with occasional exposure to fumes or airborne particles Must be able to travel weekly (potentially out of state) Azuria Water Solutions is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
