The Flying Monkey Grill & Bar, LLC, located in Newington, CT, is looking for an experienced Line Cook to join our team. What You'll Be Doing As a Line Cook at The Flying Monkey Grill & Bar, you’ll play a key role in our kitchen operations. Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and cooking menu items to our high standards of quality and presentation.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient workstation throughout your shift.
- Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service during busy hours.
- Following all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe dining experience for our guests.
- Assisting with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.
We’re seeking a skilled and dedicated Line Cook with the following qualifications:
- 3 years of experience in a professional kitchen environment.
- Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, food preparation, and kitchen equipment.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
- A team-oriented mindset with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality dishes consistently.
