Veterinary Orthopedic & Sports Medicine Group is looking for an experienced, full-time Veterinary Technician Manager to join our team as part of the Thrive Pet Healthcare community in Annapolis Junction, MD. About You You’ll play an important role in pets’ lives by leading a high-performing technical team and ensuring exceptional patient care. Your Experience & Skills Minimum 3+ years of clinical veterinary experience as a Veterinary Technician (direct patient care) Has 2+ years of supervisory experience in a Veterinary Clinic setting CVT/RVT/LVT (active and current) strongly preferred Superior/advanced technical skills Has strong anesthesia skills (Able to obtain Blood pressure, ECG, Sp02, and ETC02 and integrate clinical signs with disease processes to assist doctors in early and appropriate intervention of patient care) Possesses a positive work attitude Self-motivated Excellent leadership, communication and organization skills You’ll Grow with Us Here, you can grow your career as best fits you through access to comprehensive learning and skillset programs. Compensation is negotiable based on experience and credentials, with an expected starting range of $75,000 - $85,000/ year. The actual salary will carefully consider a wide range of factors including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
