Legal Assistant Paralegal

HIRING ASAP for an experienced Plaintiff Litigation Paralegal in Miami!! This is an established, mid-sized Personal Injury Firm offering a competitive salary, fully paid benefits, and room for growth! This Paralegal will provide litigation support to two senior partners on various personal injury matters.
Requirements and Duties:
- 3 + years of experience working on plaintiff-side personal injury litigation.
- Prepare, draft, and e-file discovery, pleadings, motions, and other documents
- Trial preparation, including coordinating and communicating with all relevant parties, preparing trial docs, binders, exhibits, experts, etc.
- Review, analyze, and summarize medical records, bills, etc
- Schedule and calendar depositions, mediations, and manage deadlines.
- Act as the liaison between all relevant parties.

This position is a full-time, direct-hire, in-office position. We are offering a competitive compensation package, including base salary, fully paid benefits, 401 (k), PTO, etc.!
