Job Title: Remote Sales Agent (100% Work From Home) Location: Remote from Latin America Position Type: Full-time Salary: $1,500 - 1,750 USD/month depending on experience paid via Wise or Payoneer Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM OR 9:00AM - 6:00PM Central Time Job Overview Our client is seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Agent to join their team at a mobile home park company. This role will focus on converting renters into homeowners and minimizing move-outs, ensuring a smooth transition for clients throughout the sales process. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English (Spanish a plus) and a strong ability to close sales. Responsibilities Manage inbound and outbound sales activity by promptly contacting new leads, returning missed calls, and maintaining consistent follow-up to drive prospects through application, approval, and sale. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM, including call logs, notes, lead stages, and scheduled follow-ups, ensuring a clean and active sales pipeline. Communicate clearly and professionally with prospects regarding available homes, pricing, park guidelines, and next steps, while scheduling and managing appointments and tours. Coordinate closely with park managers, marketing, and operations to support sales, flag potential issues, and ensure a smooth transition of qualified prospects through the sales process. Remain fully available and responsive during assigned working hours, monitoring inbound calls, messages, and internal communications consistently. Qualifications, Skills, and Key Competencies Prior sales, customer service, or call-center experience Strong phone presence and confidence speaking with prospects. Comfortable with high-volume inbound and outbound calling. Organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven.
