Document Administrator III - Custom Mortgage Lending, Inline Quality Assurance Specialist

Responsibilities Preparing and reviewing documentation in accordance with the bank's policies and procedures Working on highly complex documentation and supporting Loan Administrators Assisting the Market Leader in directing workflow and performing quality assurance Managing highly complex loan documentation while adhering to compliance and regulatory guidelines Reviewing loan documentation for accuracy and completeness Ensuring closing disclosure and loan document packages are prepared according to regulatory and client expectations Requirements 3 + years of experience in mortgage operations, construction lending, commercial lending, or related financial services roles Strong knowledge of mortgage closing documents, closing disclosures, and fees requirements Experience working in a production-based environment Knowledge reviewing financial/legal documentation, contracts, or underwriting packages Proficiency with mortgage systems, reporting tools, and Microsoft Office applications Bachelor's Degree in business, finance or related field (desired qualification) Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in managing complex loan documentation while ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines and accuracy in financial documentation.
