Follows up to ensure proper medication procedure is followed.Create and implement training to ensure individual and Region are aware of relevant medical needs of youth. Ensure program meets compliance standards for relevant regulating agencies.Performs other duties as required including, but not limited to, attending team meetings, completing health assessments for behavioral therapy plans and providing input to the SFSA development, creating/implementing policies and procedures, participating in on-call duties/rotation, and maintaining accurate and complete medical records in compliance with external agency expectations.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:Ability to use a computer; proficiency with Microsoft Office products and ARIZE.Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN); 3-5 years previous relevant experience preferred but not required.Excellent verbal and written communication skills; previous experience with adolescent population and psychiatric medicine helpful; willingness to be flexible is necessary.Valid Ohio Driver’s License and maintains a driving record that allows that individual to be insurable with the insurance company providing The Village Network with vehicle insurance.Physical Demands:Travel required to Salem and Ravenna Campuses.Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a copy machine, computer printer, etc.Ability to communicate (orally and written) with all levels of personnel, internal and external to the companyAbility to handle bending, stooping, lifting, pushing, reaching, and walking for periods of time.Must be able to lift 20 pounds independentlyCheck out our website to learn more about The Village Network and visit the Careers page to explore additional opportunities and check out our benefits brochure. #J-18808-Ljbffr The Village Network
