Buscamos un Técnico de Reparación de Concreto para unirse a nuestro equipo en proyectos comerciales y de infraestructura. Este puesto requiere experiencia en trabajos físicos exigentes, incluyendo demolición ligera (chipping), esmerilado, resane y reparación estructural de concreto . El trabajo se realiza en ambientes de construcción con polvo, ruido y condiciones demandantes.

Los candidatos deben seguir estrictamente los procedimientos de seguridad, utilizar equipo de protección personal y estar dispuestos a viajar a diferentes proyectos en Nueva York y Nueva Jersey .

• Realizar trabajos de restauración y reparación de concreto.
• Operar herramientas manuales y eléctricas, incluyendo martillos neumáticos y esmeriles.
• Seguir los protocolos de seguridad y utilizar equipo de protección contra caídas y respiradores.
• Trabajar en distintos proyectos dentro de Nueva York y Nueva Jersey.
• Mantener áreas de trabajo seguras y colaborar con el equipo de campo.

• Experiencia en concreto, demolición, resane o reparación estructural.
• Manejo de herramientas utilizadas en reparación de concreto.
• Capacidad para trabajar en alturas y utilizar sistemas de protección contra caídas.
• Capacidad para usar un respirador de media cara y aprobar una prueba de ajuste (fit test).
• Conocimiento básico de seguridad en construcción y uso de equipo de protección personal.
• Capacidad para realizar trabajo físico pesado, incluyendo levantar peso, agacharse y arrodillarse durante largos períodos.

• Experiencia en restauración de concreto, impermeabilización o reparación estructural.
• Inglés y español bilingüe es una gran ventaja.
• Experiencia trabajando en andamios, plataformas elevadas o superficies temporales.
• Certificación OSHA es un plus, pero no es requerida.
• Buena actitud, responsabilidad y capacidad para trabajar en equipo.

La mayoría de las cuadrillas de campo son hispanohablantes y se requiere viajar entre proyectos en Nueva York y Nueva Jersey.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Paterson, NJ.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $30.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Paterson,NJ.
