Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly motivated Bilingual Pre-Litigation Paralegal to join an expanding legal team. This individual will assist attorneys with managing personal injury matters from initial client intake through the pre-litigation process. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in personal injury law, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple cases while maintaining accuracy and organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate new client onboarding, gather relevant case information, and arrange consultations with attorneys.
• Examine medical documentation, treatment histories, and billing statements to prepare organized case summaries.
• Initiate and track insurance claims involving automobile accidents, premises liability, and other personal injury matters.
• Communicate regularly with clients, insurance representatives, medical providers, and other parties to obtain updates and necessary documentation.
• Assist with gathering supporting records, documentation, and evidence to strengthen cases before litigation.
• Prepare settlement demand packages, correspondence, and additional legal documents for attorney review.
• Maintain accurate case files, monitor important deadlines, and coordinate legal appointments and proceedings.
• Provide administrative and case management assistance, including scheduling, document preparation, and coordinating service of legal materials.
• Support attorneys with additional litigation, probate, or transactional matters as needed.
• Collaborate with attorneys and fellow paralegals to ensure cases progress efficiently and clients receive timely communication.

Qualifications:

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required.
• 1–2 years of paralegal experience within personal injury litigation or pre-litigation is required.
• Familiarity with personal injury claims, insurance procedures, and common legal terminology.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a client-focused approach.
• Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail when managing multiple cases and deadlines.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative legal team.
• Comfortable adapting to shifting priorities in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Professional, proactive, and motivated to develop within a growing legal practice.
