What You'll Do
As a Team Member, you'll be the reason guests leave with a smile. You'll:
- Serve up milkshakes, sundaes, chocolates, and joy with consistency and flair
- Share our story and products while providing exceptional customer service
- Help guests discover new favorites through sampling, recommendations, and upselling
- Keep our shop organized, clean, and stocked (from retail shelves to freezers)
- Support fun seasonal promotions and displays
- Ensure food safety and cash-handling practices are always followed
- Jump in as needed to keep the team moving smoothly
What We're Looking For
- Strong people skills friendly, approachable, and ready to connect
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment
- Attention to detail with a focus on safety and quality
- Flexible availability mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Customer service or cash-handling experience is a plus
