Join a chef-driven, high-standard full-service restaurant in Jacksonville that blends elevated hospitality with polished, approachable dining. This is a unique opportunity for a Sous Chef who thrives in a quality-focused kitchen, enjoys thoughtful presentation, and wants to be part of a respected culinary team known for innovation, consistency, and genuine guest care.

Responsibilities:

Partner with the Executive Chef to lead kitchen operations with precision, energy, and consistency
Drive culinary excellence through innovative, seasonal menus designed to captivate and inspire
Cultivate and mentor a high-performing team that shares your passion for excellence
Utilize efficient systems for execution, quality control, and consistency under pressure
Collaborate with FOH and beverage leaders to create unforgettable, holistic guest experiences
Manage food cost, inventory, and vendor relationships with a sharp business acumen
Set and enforce uncompromising standards of cleanliness, safety, and discipline

Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years of leadership experience as a Sous Chef in an upscale scratch kitchen
Strong presence on the hot line with a hands-on leadership style
Proven ability to inspire, coach, and retain talented culinary professionals
Understanding of financial and operational management skills
Relentless drive, creativity, and a passion for pushing boundaries
