What You'll Do
As a Service Advisor, you'll serve as the primary liaison between customers and our service department by:
- Greeting customers and creating an exceptional service experience
- Listening to customer concerns and accurately documenting service needs
- Presenting maintenance recommendations and repair solutions
- Providing estimates, repair timelines, and service updates
- Coordinating with technicians to ensure repairs are completed efficiently
- Building long-term customer relationships through trust and transparency
- Managing repair orders from write-up through vehicle delivery
- Consistently delivering outstanding customer satisfaction
Qualifications
Required
- Previous customer service experience
- Proven ability to deliver a superior customer experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to guide customers successfully through the service process
- Strong emotional intelligence and problem-solving abilities
Preferred
- Previous Service Advisor experience
- Automotive sales or service experience
- CRM software experience
- Experience in a fast-paced customer-facing environment
