Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - Labor & Delivery to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive care to patients during antepartum, intrapartum, immediate postpartum, and neonatal phases.
• Utilize critical thinking and scientific judgment for safe delivery of care.
• Maintain clinical competencies through ongoing education and training.
• Deliver patient care in accordance with the state Nurse Practice Act and hospital policies.
• Delegate and supervise patient care tasks to appropriate staff.
• Adhere to the specified work schedule without floating or call requirements.

Qualifications

• Current RN license with a specialization in Labor & Delivery.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Labor & Delivery.
• Valid certifications in ACLS, BLS, NRP, and STABLE.
• Demonstrated ability to perform effectively in high-stress situations.
• Proficient in using EMR systems like MedHost and GE Centricity.
• Ability to work nights with 3x12 hour shifts per week.
