This role is ideal for a mission-driven clinician who values a patient-centered, root-cause approach to care and is comfortable stepping into an established practice to provide high-quality coverage. ASSIGNMENT DETAILS: * Flexible locum assignment (full-time or part-time options available) * Coverage needed across the following clinic locations: ( Medford, Central Point, Talent, Grants Pass, Coos Bay, Roseburg, North Bend, White City, Ashland, Klamath Falls ) * Assignment length: 3 months with option to extend * This is a non-benefited position RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES: * Provide direct patient care through office visits, telehealth, and occasional same-day appointments * Perform comprehensive assessments, order and interpret labs/imaging, and diagnose acute and chronic conditions * Develop personalized treatment plans that may include lifestyle interventions, supplements, hormone therapies, and prescriptions * Educate and empower patients on preventive health and functional medicine principles * Collaborate with internal health coaches, nutritionists, mental health providers, and clinical support staff * Document visits in the EHR (NextGen) in a timely and compliant manner * Participate in team meetings, quality improvement initiatives, and training sessions * Support clinic operations by contributing to a positive, team-oriented environment REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS * Active Oregon license as a Certified Physician Assistant ( or eligibility to obtain ) * Board certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine * Minimum 2 years of clinical experience preferred (functional/integrative medicine experience is a plus) * Strong interest in preventive, functional, and lifestyle medicine * Excellent communication and patient relationship skills * Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment * Proficient in using electronic health records Benefits: * Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance * 401(k) Retirement Plan with Company Match * Voluntary LTD, FSA, Accident, Critical Illness * Paid Time Off and Paid Holidays * Employee and Family Discounts * Paid Parental Leave
