Audit Manager

Audit Manager Position: Audit Manager at a well‑established California bank with more than 100 years of operation. Location: Hybrid schedule in Seal Beach, California. Salary: $150,000 – $165,000 per year. Job Summary A regional bank is seeking an Audit Manager to oversee the corporate audit function, focusing on Credit Risk Management and Enterprise Risk Management. The role involves leading risk assessments, managing internal audits, and supporting executive‑level reporting, including Audit Committee presentations. Key Responsibilities Lead corporate credit risk and enterprise risk management audit processes. Conduct risk assessments and internal audits across the organization. Prepare and present audit findings to the Audit Committee and senior leadership. Supervise audit staff and manage audit projects from planning to execution. Utilize audit and data analytics software to enhance audit efficiency. Stay current with regulatory requirements and industry best practices. Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Certified Information Security Auditor (CISA), or related certification mandatory. Seven (7) or more years of financial‑service industry experience in internal audit, public accounting, risk management, regulatory agency, or related experience. Supervisory experience required. Large/Regional banking experience strongly preferred. Experience with audit software, data analytics, and IT audit knowledge preferred.
