We are seeking dynamic candidates who enjoy a fast-paced and team oriented work environment supported by a company with the motto "Customers first, employees always!"Job DescriptionJob Purpose: Ultimately responsible for preventative and diagnostic maintenance of equipment.** Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities**:Perform highly diversified duties to install and maintain production machinery and facility equipmentPerform mechanic skills including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, troubleshooting and repair of machinerySupport with machine improvement and the installation of new equipmentMust have controls, robot programming, and automation experienceComplete TPM activities on workshop equipmentRead and interpret equipment manuals and blueprints to perform required maintenance and serviceUse a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters and material handling equipment in performing dutiesPerform other duties as required or assigned by supervisorFollow all OSHA and internal safety standardsKey Measures of SuccessSafety RecordOEEContinuous Improvement ActivityMachine UptimePM Completion %QualificationsHigh School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experienceExperience in Industrial Maintenance, technical field or technical schoolingElectrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills a plusAutomation experience a plusWell versed in standard preventative maintenance protocolsProficient in use of hand tools, power tools, shop equipment and appropriate PPEProficient in metal cutting, welding, drilling and tappingWorking knowledge of PLC and relay logic control systemsWorking knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic devices and controlsWorking knowledge of electrical distribution systems and LOTO proceduresPrevious experience maintaining air compressors a plusAbility to perform active job duties that require standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling and climbingAbility to lift and/or move 50 lbsAdditional InformationPhoenix Stamping Group, LLC offers a drug-free work place along with a competitive salary and benefits package.
