• A full-time Assistant General Manager, once fully trained, can earn up to $45,000 - $48,000 annually. This is based on the Assistant Manager working 45-48 hours a week and being paid on an hourly basis.

• Experience with Restaurant Management in QSR industry w/ recent relevant experience managing a team, and familiarity with managing a P&L, Food Cost, and Labor.
• Breakfast and drive through experience is a plus, especially if you look to bonus off of your speed.
• Must love to work in a team environment
• Must bring energy and enthusiasm to each shift
• You enjoy making every customer smile
• You understand your success depends on the success of others

Experience:

• Management: 2 years (Preferred)
• General Manager: 1 year (Preferred)
