Equity & Capital Markets Senior Analyst

New York City (Hybrid) We’re partnering with a highly respected publicly traded financial services platform undergoing significant growth and evolution across its capital markets strategy. In this role, you’ll sit at the intersection of public markets, capital strategy, investor communications, and balance sheet management — helping drive decisions around how the company funds and scales its business. You’ll support initiatives tied to ATM programs, preferred equity, unsecured debt, follow-on offerings, and share repurchases, while closely monitoring equity markets, trading activity, shareholder behavior, ETF flows, and broader market trends to deliver actionable insights to leadership. You’ll also build sophisticated forecasting and scenario analysis models, evaluate capital structure strategies, and create executive- and board-level materials that directly support capital allocation and growth decisions. The position partners closely with Treasury, FP&A, Accounting, Legal, Investor Relations, and executive leadership, while also interacting with bankers, research analysts, and external market participants on financing initiatives and strategic growth opportunities.
