Our mission is to provide the highest quality of service to both our federal and state clients and help keep our nation safe! AEPS is an industry leading provider of security services with corporate headquarters located in Austin, Texas. AEPS provides security services for government (federal, state, and local), industry and commercial clients. Our team of professionals includes uniformed armed and unarmed security officers and personal protection officers. The company is a woman-owned business that is dedicated to the highest professional standards with the passion to raise those standards through attention to detail, experience, knowledge, proper training, and education.## Qualifications* Must be 21 years of age* Must be citizen of the United States of America* Three years of security experience within past five years and/or* Three years of military or National Guard (active duty or reserve) and/or* PSOs shall fluently speak, read, comprehend, and compose coherent written reports in English. Government may require - - - PSOs to possess proficiency in a specific language* Must complete (sign/date) a Lautenberg Amendment Statement/Domestic Violence certification annually Certification Requirements * Valid Driver's License* Must be able to obtain and maintain a security clearance* Must be able to successfully pass a background check and drug screen analysis* Must complete and pass medical and physical testingEducation Requirements * High School Diploma or GED**All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or status as a protected veteran.**
