This is a project-based independent contractor position. Work hours and duration will vary depending on current projects and workload. Compensation will be agreed upon for each project. Construction Coordinator / Administrative Assistant

Project Planning Group LLC is seeking an organized and dependable Construction Coordinator / Administrative Assistant to help manage daily construction operations.

Responsibilities:

• Contact subcontractors, suppliers, merchants, and customers
• Coordinate subcontractor schedules and project timelines
• Schedule inspections, deliveries, meetings, and service appointments
• Follow up on pricing, estimates, orders, and pending work
• Maintain subcontractor and vendor contact information
• Collect time records and assist with payroll preparation
• Organize invoices, receipts, purchase orders, and project documents
• Track job progress and provide regular updates
• Help resolve scheduling conflicts and communicate changes
• Perform general administrative and office duties

The ideal candidate is professional, organized, comfortable making phone calls, and able to follow up consistently without needing constant supervision. Construction or office-management experience is preferred but not required. Bilingual English and Spanish would be highly beneficial.
