Sales Administrator

Sales Administrator
We are looking for an organized, energetic, and customer-focused Sales Administrator to support our sales team and defense business operations. This is a hands-on role with variety spanning order processing, customer communication, trade show participation, and market research. The ideal candidate is a multitasker who takes initiative and takes pride in keeping things running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Sales & Customer Support
- Prepare quotes and process customer orders from start to finish
- Pack and ship orders accurately and on time
- Provide customer support, including warranty follow-up and issue resolution
- Conduct proactive follow-ups with customers on quotes, open sales, and trade show leads
- Trade Show & Field Support
- Coordinate and participate in trade show setup and on-site support (Occasional travel required)
- Office & Administrative Support
- Maintain product flyers and other product sheets
- Handle general office tasks including filing and tax-exempt form processing
- Assist with shopping cart management and inventory counts
- Research & Market Support
- General market research
- Monitor and report on anti-counterfeit activity on eBay and Amazon
- Assist with social media content and engagement
What We're Looking For:
- 3+ years of experience in sales support, operations, or administrative roles
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High degree of accuracy and precision in all work
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; databases or e-commerce platform experience a plus
- Willingness to travel for trade shows and field events
- Self-starter who can manage competing priorities independently
- Associate or bachelor's degree (or equivalent)
- Must be a U.S. Person due to ITAR requirements.
