We work with public and private sector entities nationwide and offer staffing solutions for Engineering, Medical, professional, Food packing, finance, administrative, light industrial, manufacturing, and other workforce needs. Job Summary: We are seeking a high-energy, results-driven Recruiter to join our Light Industrial division in Riverside, CA. In this role, you will be the engine of our operation, responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing top-tier talent in warehouse, manufacturing, logistics, and distribution centers throughout the Inland Empire. This is a fast-paced environment where speed, reliability, and relationship-building are key. Key Responsibilities: Talent Acquisition & Sourcing: Utilize multiple channels (job boards, social media, referrals, community outreach) to identify and attract light industrial candidates (pickers, packers, forklift operators, assemblers, machine operators, etc.). Conduct high-volume phone and in-person interviews to assess skills, reliability, and cultural fit. Build and maintain a robust pipeline of "ready-to-work" candidates for high-turnover positions. Verify candidate eligibility, including I-9 documentation and E-Verify compliance. Client & Associate Management: Match candidates to client job orders based on skills, shift preferences, and location. Coordinate and confirm interview schedules and start dates between clients and associates. Manage the "First Day" process, ensuring associates show up on time and are prepared for their assignments. Handle attendance tracking, payroll issues, and performance counseling for active associates. Resolve conflicts and issues regarding pay, safety, or workplace conduct promptly. Operations & Compliance: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Ensure compliance with all state and federal employment laws, as well as client-specific safety requirements. Conduct safety orientations and ensure all associates are trained in OSHA standards relevant to light industrial work. Qualifications: Experience: 1-3 years of experience in recruiting, staffing, or high-volume customer service. Experience in Light Industrial staffing is a major plus. Education: High School Diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred. Technical Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and experience using an ATS. Bilingual (Spanish/English): Highly Preferred. The ability to communicate effectively with a diverse workforce in the Inland Empire is a significant asset. #J-18808-Ljbffr
