Job Summary: Provide essential support in delivering healthcare and patient management within a clinical setting. Responsibilities adapt daily to meet the evolving needs of the practice. Essential Responsibilities: Deliver direct and delegated patient care, recognizing normal and abnormal health indicators to identify at-risk patients. Follow established standards and guidelines to ensure quality care. Manage patient interactions efficiently throughout visits, including updating and maintaining accurate medical records. Prepare patients for examinations by obtaining vital signs and medical histories, and communicate abnormal findings to physicians. Support physicians during testing, treatments, minor surgeries, and physical exams. Assist with applying splints, dressings, and administering medications under supervision. Coordinate patient referrals, testing, and follow-up communications. Maintain clinical areas by stocking supplies, organizing patient education materials, and ensuring cleanliness and sterilization of instruments and equipment. Perform laboratory tests and maintain logs as prescribed. Provide patient education and ensure understanding of treatment plans and medication usage. Education and Experience Required: Graduation from an accredited Medical Assistant or Nursing Program. Work Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
