Location: Burbank, CA
Pay: $21.00 - $45.00 per hour

We’re looking for skilled and experienced CNC Machinists to join our team in Burbank. You’ll be setting up and running CNC lathes and mills to produce high-quality aerospace parts with precision and efficiency. This role is perfect for someone who takes pride in their work and values craftsmanship, safety, and collaboration.

• Set up and operate CNC lathes and mills

• Load tools, fixtures, and materials accurately

• Read blueprints and apply shop math for precise machining

• Adjust offsets and edit programs when needed

• Inspect parts to ensure they meet specs and quality standards

• Follow all machining safety practices

• Assist in R&D and prototype work (if experienced)

• Collaborate with the team on improvements and efficiency

• Minimum 1 year of CNC machining experience or relevant training

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints

• Understanding of speeds, feeds, and tooling concepts

• Familiarity with G-code and CNC controls

• Strong attention to detail and quality

• CAD/CAM (Mastercam, SolidWorks) experience is a plus

• Stand, walk, and use hands frequently

• Lift up to 50 lbs when needed
