We are seeking an experienced Insurance Sales Representative to join our in-office team. This role combines sales, service, and relationship management with a steady book of warm leads and strong earning potential. You will work independently while contributing to a positive, team-oriented office environment.
- Base salary of $45,000 plus unlimited commission potential
- Performance-based bonuses

Responsibilities- Answer incoming phone calls and advise clients on coverage and policy needs
- Effectively process policy changes, payments, billing questions, and documentation requests
- Diagnose customer issues and provide solutions aligned with company guidelines
- Contact prospects and current policyholders to schedule appointments
- Meet or exceed sales and production goals
- Active Property and Casualty insurance license required
- Prior insurance agency experience
- Bilingual English and Spanish strongly required
- Strong communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills
- Strong computer skills and ability to learn agency systems
- Goal-oriented, enthusiastic, and competitive mindset
