DayTimeMon06:30 AM - 02:30 PMThur06:30 AM - 02:30 PMFri06:30 AM - 02:30 PMWhat You'll Do:
- Provide customer service to residents, guests, and/or property staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
- Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate relevant information to property management and/or emergency services as needed.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout residential buildings, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unwanted activity and identify unusual conditions.
- Monitor access points, visitor activity, and/or amenity areas in accordance with community rules, and report security-related concerns, maintenance issues, and policy violations.
- Document daily activities, incidents, and/or observations in clear reports, and support Allied Universal and property personnel with requested security-related information.
Minimum Requirements:
- Have at least 1 year of security-related experience.
- Possess an armed guard card and/or license.
- A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- Be at least 21 years of age.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
