• EMR System: EPIC
• Specialty Backup Available: Critical Care, Geriatrics, Palliative Care; Intensivist support during prime hours

• Hospital Privileges Required: Yes
• Temporary Privileges Available: Yes, for urgent needs

• Licenses: Active PA license or Universal License (IMLC)
• Board: BC/BE in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
• DEA: Required
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS
• Experience: Inpatient hospitalist experience; ability to manage ICU-level patients

• Manage inpatient hospitalist caseload of 18+ patients per day
• Provide supervision and direction to Physician Assistants
• Manage basic ICU-level patients including vent management (with intensivist support during prime hours)
• Perform admissions, discharges, and daily rounds
• Participate in a 12-hour shift schedule (days or nights) with 16 shifts per month
