Job Title: Service Scheduling Coordinator (Field Service Support)

Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized Service Scheduling Coordinator to support a team of field service technicians and managers across multiple locations. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate schedules, coordinating service activities, and ensuring all work orders are properly documented for billing and operational follow-up.

The ideal candidate has experience in dispatching, service coordination, or field service support and is comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update daily schedules for 25-35 field service technicians and managers
• Coordinate service calls, work orders, and job assignments
• Serve as the primary point of contact for scheduling changes and updates
• Handle customer inquiries, questions, and escalations in a professional manner
• Ensure all service documentation is accurate and complete for billing and invoicing
• Communicate updates between customers, technicians, and internal teams
• Track job progress and assist in resolving scheduling conflicts or delays
• Support continuous improvement of scheduling and dispatch processes

Qualifications

• Experience in dispatching, service coordination, or field service operations
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Comfortable working with ERP, CRM, or scheduling systems
• Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
