Head of Funding & Payments Engineering

GoodLeap is seeking a Senior Director of Software Engineering to lead the Funding & Payments engineering team. You will own architecture, delivery, and operational health of systems that decide, fund, and process contractor transactions. This role demands hands-on technical leadership to architect resilient, high-throughput financial systems while building and scaling the team accountable for them.
