Health Care Service Corporation (HCSC) is seeking a compensation analyst to design and evaluate job descriptions, conduct market analyses, salary surveys, and support annual salary reviews. This role partners with business areas to inform compensation programs and projects. The position is a Flex (Hybrid) role with 3 days in the office and 2 days remote, located in Chicago, IL.
