Certifications: BLS, Fluoroscopy Permit, ARRT

Must-Have: First-timers accepted. No on-call required. Weekend coverage required, every Sunday night. No pending license accepted. RTO must be included at submission. Must commit to working 3 of the 5 holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day). LA fire card within the last 30 days is required. Must disclose license/background hits upfront at the time of submission.

Description: The position is for a CT Tech in an acute care hospital setting. The role involves performing CT scans and related procedures. Candidates should have experience in 3D rendering techniques and a range of abdominal and chest studies. The tech will work with a diverse patient demographic including neonates, pediatrics, adults, and geriatrics. Interdisciplinary support is available in the form of respiratory services, social services, and pharmacy. The position may require floating between different facilities as needed. Candidates must be proficient with charting systems, specifically Epic. The tech should be capable of performing special procedures such as biopsies, aspirations, and coronary CT angiography. The work environment requires adherence to safety and isolation precautions. All travelers are expected to adapt to the scheduling needs of the unit. Providers will be supplied with communication devices necessary for the assignment. Candidates are required to have references covering at least one year of experience. All applicants must demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
