Experience: 8+ Years
We are looking for a Senior Program Manager, PMO to lead a complex, multi-workstream global engagement across product development, market research, data, quality, vendors, training, change management, and launch readiness.
Key Responsibilities:

Own integrated program plans, milestones, dependencies, and workstream accountability.

Manage risks, issues, decisions, and escalations.
-
Drive execution across US and Brazil teams.
-
Manage senior stakeholders across functions and time zones.
-
Bring structure and accountability as requirements evolve.
Must Have: 8+ years in complex program management, preferably life sciences/healthcare, strong PMO practices, stakeholder management, and global program experience.
Plus: Portuguese, primary market research/commercial insights, AI/data programs, PMP/CSPO.
