Commercial Construction Project Manager

Project Manager – Lead Landmark $75M Commercial Sports & Recreation Builds

You will serve as the primary leader for a world-class, 11.5-acre tennis academy project, managing a high-profile build valued up to $75 million. This role offers you the chance to leave a lasting legacy by delivering a landmark sports facility for a company with 20 years of local stability. Direct all pre-construction planning, including phasing strategies, master scheduling, and municipal permitting.

Execute the daily management of a 11.5-acre site encompassing indoor/outdoor courts, clubhouses, and retail facilities.

Coordinate complex OAC and subcontractor meetings to maintain strict adherence to $75M budgets and timelines.

Oversee high-fidelity quality control and safety protocols for specialized sports surfaces and MEP systems.

Manage the full procurement strategy and negotiation of all subcontractor agreements and material packages.

Verify project transparency by maintaining meticulous digital documentation within Procore and Primavera P6.

Drive the final commissioning and closeout process to ensure a seamless transition to ownership.

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or Architecture.

Minimum of 10 years of progressive project management experience with a licensed general contractor.

Proven history managing ground-up commercial projects with total values exceeding $30 million.

Expert-level proficiency in Procore and CPM scheduling software like Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project.

Advanced technical knowledge of civil, structural, and MEP trades in a multi-building campus environment.
