SpeedPro Boston Metrowest is seeking a talented Production Manager to join our fast growing Studio.Key Responsibilities:Prioritize workflow and set the production schedule.Manage and assist in the production of graphics through use of equipment such as flatbed printers, CNC machine, laminators, etc.Perform quality assurance measures pre- and post-construction.Collaborate with Sales team, Production team, and Install Crews to ensure projects are delivered on-time and on-quality.Maintain a highly effective and efficient production area through equipment maintenance, studio processes, and cleanliness.Actively manage material inventory to ensure on-time production.Conduct installations of produced graphics, as needed.Ideal candidates will possess:Management experienceA background in the sign or print industry.Experience with large-format printers, laminators, plotters, and graphic and signage finishingExcellent math skills and proficient with measurementsInstallation experienceCompensation and Benefits:Competitive compensation, commensurate with experiencePaid time offAdditional training/development opportunitiesBonus potentialCompensation: $25.00 - $35.00 per hourWorking at SpeedPro and in the large-format printing industry, gives you a chance to be creative.
