You will help drive account success through customer communication, and cross-functional coordination, while ensuring accuracy and efficiency across all sales support activities.Job Duties:Maintain knowledge of TSS products, pricing, policies, and procedures to support customer needsParticipate in customer presentations and support meetings as neededProvide ongoing account maintenance and daily support for assigned customersProcess and submit sales orders and reports in Salesforce, QuickBooks, and NetSuitePartner with field sales and commercial teams to support customer growth and satisfactionMaintain organized and structured workflows for tracking customer activity and sales processesCoordinate with internal teams including sales, design, and production to meet customer expectationsSupport trade shows and events as a representative of TSS when neededUtilize CRM tools to manage activities, opportunities, and reportingEnsure compliance with company policies and applicable regulationsManagement retains the discretion to add or change the duties of this position at any timeQualifications:Experience with Salesforce, QuickBooks, and NetSuite desiredMinimum of 2 years of experience in sales support, sales, marketing, or business-related rolesProficiency with Microsoft Office applicationsPrior experience in the car wash or industrial equipment industry, preferredStrong communication and relationship-building skillsAbility to work cross-functionally and support multiple stakeholdersExceptional organizational and time management skillsStrong attention to detail and analytical mindsetHours for this position are onsite Monday - Friday 8AM - 5PM National Carwash Solutions is a proud equal opportunity employer.
