Senior Loan Officer

Title: Senior Loan Officer Location: Austin, TX (site-based; no remote work; occasional travel to Sioux Falls, SD for 2–3 weeks during first 3 months and annual trips thereafter) Builder Finance Inc. (BFI) is a lender to homebuilders and housing investors with coast-to-coast lending programs. Job Overview Focus on DSCR originations as a front‑line borrower contact, working with investors, brokers, property managers, realtors, and other sources. The role requires self‑motivation, entrepreneurship, and the ability to meet performance targets and maintain accurate HubSpot CRM data. Responsibilities Drive DSCR originations and manage the loan lifecycle to balance sheet retention or bulk sales. Build and maintain relationships with investors, brokers, property managers, and realtors. Meet minimum origination targets and avoid client or loan buyer issues. Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date information in the HubSpot CRM. Collaborate with closing, underwriting, marketing, and IT teams as institutional support expands.
