QA Automation Engineer

Designing and maintaining automated testing frameworks, the full-time remote QA Automation Engineer will validate software systems for manufacturing and compliance-critical applications, ensuring quality through test strategy development, CI/CD integration, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. Key responsibilities Design, build, and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks to enhance test coverage and execution speed Translate requirements into test plans and automated test cases, integrating them into CI/CD pipelines for reliable execution Identify and document defects, assess quality risks, and collaborate with teams to resolve issues and improve test stability Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience 6+ years of experience in QA automation, including building and maintaining automated test scripts and frameworks Proficiency in at least one scripting or programming language for test automation (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript/TypeScript) Strong knowledge of test automation frameworks and experience with CI/CD tools and version control systems ISTQB Certified Tester Foundation Level (CTFL) certification
