Description:

We are seeking a Production Technician to support production operations in a fast-paced, customer-focused manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for loading software onto customer-ordered hardware while following established standard operating procedures (SOPs) for each product.

 

The Production Technician will also perform inventory audits, configure devices, apply product labels, and prepare completed production orders for the next stage of the process.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Load software onto customer-ordered hardware according to established SOPs.
• Conduct inventory audits for production orders delivered to the production floor.
• Verify that all required bill of materials (BOM) items and quantities are correct for each production order.
• Configure devices by identifying and selecting the correct software from the configuration station display.
• Apply software part number labels to support kitting validation.
• Organize completed production orders and transfer them to the kitting validation team.
• Follow established production procedures and quality requirements.
• Maintain accuracy and attention to detail while working with customer-specific orders.
• Prioritize work effectively to support production schedules and customer commitments.

 

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• College degree preferred.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, customer-driven environment .
• Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong time management and prioritization skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to meeting production deadlines.
• Ability to follow detailed procedures and work consistently within established processes.
• Basic computer skills and comfort working with software and electronic systems.
