This full-time role spans the academic year from August 31 to June 11, offering meaningful engagement with diverse learners and close collaboration with experienced educators and clinicians.

Key Qualifications:

• Active COTA certification in Connecticut
• Demonstrated recent experience in school-based settings
• Strong clinical skills and versatility working with K-12 students
• Commitment to working Monday through Friday, 35 hours per week
• Ability to work onsite and participate in in-person interviews
• Full-time availability required; part-time candidates will not be considered

Role Responsibilities:

• Deliver occupational therapy services in accordance with student IEP goals
• Collaborate with occupational therapists, teachers, and support staff to ensure optimal student outcomes
• Document progress and maintain accurate records as required by school and regulatory standards
• Support students’ development in fine and gross motor skills, sensory processing, and functional independence within the school environment
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to team-based planning and intervention
• Communicate effectively with families and school personnel
