Job Summary:
Seeking a Patient Services Representative I / Phlebotomist with at least 6 months of phlebotomy experience . Responsibilities include venipuncture, specimen collection and processing, patient identification, documentation, and providing excellent customer service while maintaining accuracy and compliance. Experience with pediatric and geriatric blood draws , data entry, and working in a fast-paced environment is required. Must be flexible to work weekends, holidays, on-call, and overtime as needed.

- High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
- Phlebotomy certification preferred (required in CA, NV & WA)
- Flexible schedule (weekends, holidays, on-call, overtime)
